Order & Delivery

I ordered a photo product, how long does it take to deliver?

The production time varies by product, but most are done within 5-6 days.  Please note that the delivery time may vary depending on the product.

How do I know if my order has been successful?

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive your order.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Our system and production process is highly automated. It does not allow manual intervention after the order is through. This is neccessary to secure your data privacy.

How much is the delivery cost?

We are aiming to provide convenient and competitive pricing on deliveries. Our delivery costs start at 4,95€.  

What payment options do you offer?

If ordering via the ifolor website, you can pay by invoice. Please note that the available payment methods may vary depending on the ordering channel (ifolor Website, Apps, Designer).

What is the return/refund policy?

If the product you receive is damaged, we offer an exchange. If you want to return a product, you have 14 days to contact customer service.

What are the digital print sizes?

We offer different sizes and the aspect depends on the original file, the tall side remains as selected but the length varies based on your image file.

We manufacture all our products in Switzerland.
